Is there anyway to put a header tab in the lead tab that say whether it is a pick up or delivery. We print our packing lists not only for delivery but for pickups as there are multiple things that need to be pulled for the pickups before they get there. We can sort them by date but then have to click on each lead to see if its a pick up or not.
Or is there a way to sort it as a pick up?

Yes! Editing the columns of your lead page is possible. You can do this by creating a custom report. After saving the report, go to Settings->General Settings->Report and select the report you made. Once you reload the leads page you'll see the custom columns you've added. Here is an article all about customizing the leads page.
