Voicemail

When I owe phone takes a voicemail from the incoming caller and let's say it's a color that is a non-existent customer where does that voice mail go to be able to replay it.


, I'm aware that we get an email notification that we can replay it from there but where is there a mailbox where you can go back and click on the voicemails to replay them if you don't do it through your email that was sent

Settings->IO Phone, switch to Voicemail Greetings at the bottom, then click voicemail log on the bottom-right.

Did that and there is nothing listed.... We have had many voice mails since we started io phone and none are shown....

I just confirmed that it doesn't work this way.

I left a message myself and checked the log.... Nothing is there


It shows in the call log but nothing in true voice mail section.


Also at some point could the log links be added t the overview screen so we don't have to give permissions to the settings to an employee to listen to the vmail and risk them messing up the routing and setting in io phone... That's risky

If you're logged into a worker account, you may not be able to see the company voicemail messages until you grant access to the "IO Phone Company Voicemail" permission for that worker. It's the sixth one from the top. Once this is done, you should be able to view and playback your voicemail messages from this link: https://www.inflatableoffice.com/myaccount/crmvoicemail_log.php.

I finally got it to work .. i had to log in as my MAIN account login not as a user to change the permissions to be able to get the voice mails to show up.


i will think that moving this link to the overview screen would be a much better options to keep people out of the settings section on IO PHone...

I agree. We will be moving it with the new backend design.
