duplicate transaction payment

On lead 3066321 the customer made a payment but it is showing a duplicate payment in IO but not on the customers card.

If I refund one payment it will still show one payment in IO but will essentially refund the only payment posted to their card.

How can I fix this and what caused this to happen? thanks

Are there 2 transactions in your OpenEdge account? It may have just somehow been one transaction that was recorded twice on our end (we can look into that if there's only one transaction on your OE account).

There is only one transaction in my Open Edge Account.

Sorry about that. We fixed that lead so you should see only one payment of 108.21 now. We also fixed a bug that seems to have caused this.

Ok, thanks so much.

How can I change the balance left on the order now to reflect just one payment? It still shows the total of two payments subtracted from the original balance. thanks
