Statuses - Payments Received

We wanted to differentiate statuses (and colours) between contracts that had a deposit received vs full balance paid up front.

We created a status and split the payment received to indicate the above but now some payments via paypal don't automatically change from contract status to either the deposit or full payment status.

The payment is recognised (through paypal) as the automated email is sent but the status stays in "contract"

Is what we've done available or it won't work that way?

Can you send us a Lead ID as an example?

I believe there were a few but 3235159 was one. It's now coloured brown but this was done manually which should show in the log.

Your status settings indicate the contract must be signed and the deposit paid. Only the deposit was paid, so it did not switch.
