an adwords report

I need some help running an adwords report. Our marketing firm is stating a higher rate of conversions but in IO under the "stats" I am only showing 1 adwords customer and zero adwords events resulting in $0 for this year.
On their report they are showing something completely different.

I made a filter in your account called Adwords Leads. You can access it via the preset filter dropdown. Those are the only leads we have tracked as coming from Adwords. Make sure that your website has the following code on all pages (specifically landing pages for your adwords ads). That code is how we track it. The rest of the code on the Google Tracking page in IO is to help Google track stuff.

I'd be surprised if they match. Your marketing company is always going to use a much more loose interpretation of a conversion than we do. We give you the hard and fast facts.
