Lead status

Can we get an option on status to be able to have a lead move to let's say not booked or cancelled or some status once the event dates pass and there is no payment or no contract np activity etc... Basically of a client gets a quote and nothing happens then we could set it to move to the not booked status automatically... This would clean up our outstanding quotes etc.


We manually do this now every week but was just looking for a way to automate the process

we would still want them to get an email next year as a possible client for future as part of that step too
