Lead completely disappeared, help

A lead I was editing the time for and saved refreshed and then it was gone. I cannot find it anywhere. It was for Lake Land Or on July 8th. I need immediate assistance. thanks

I see lead 2396203 still in there with the email address @lakelandor.org but the organization name is missing. You can put that ID number in the keyword box to pull it up.

Ok thank you. This happened on a second lead that I edited as well. For some reason it takes out the organization name and puts the persons name in.
