Allow hard coded email for manual emails (not based on lead ID).

Under Consideration

Often we need to request COI's from our insurance agents with cutomer info, date of events, etc. It would be nice if we had an email template and could do it from within IO. Not only for efficiency, but to have it in the log that we requested it.
