Event showing up on calendar for extra day

Can you please look at Carolina Car Ports ( Event is June 7th) It is showing up on the calendar for Friday as well...cant figure out why?

Most likely it has to do with travel or setup time. Check the contract tab of the lead. The calendar will use those times as well as the event times.
