2 Questions: Edit error message on Quote Request page & Color of "Get a Quote" button

Hi IO,

(1). I wanted to change "Delivery Type" on my quote page to "Location Type".

However, if a customer forgets to choose a selection from the drop down menu the error message will still read "

Is there a way to change the message to "Location Type"? Also, I'd like to take out the exclamation point.

(2). Also, my "Get a Quote" button on the bottom of the quote page use to be green....now it's gray.

Anyway to fix that
