Delivery-Return Window

We would like to add the delivery/return window on the contract page. Can someone assist us with this?


Also, is there any way to distinguish between a delivery order and customer pickup order? (ex: Can customer pickup leads say "please pickup between 9am-10am on 3/20 and return on 3/21 between 8am-9am" and delivery orders say "your order will be delivered between 9am-12pm on 3/20 and will be picked up on 3/21 between 9am-12pm"?

We should be able to do that. Can you give me an example lead and type out what you want to appear in each case (delivery and pickup) and describe where in the contract you want it? Thanks.

Lead 2007167 is a past lead that was customer pickup. As you can see on the contract tab, we fill out the delivery window and return window even though this is a customer pickup and not a delivery.


Then, on the public notes section, we manually put the verbiage we want displayed on the contract.


Our delivery window is always 8am-12pm and should be displayed on the contract when the event is a delivery. Is there any way we can display "You can expect your delivery between [delivery window from] and [delivery window end]" for events that have delivery status?


Then for events that have customer pick up status can we have the contract say (right above signature area) "Please pick up your items on [pickup date] between [pickup time start] and [pickup time end]. Please return on [return date] between [return time start] and [return time end]?
