add documents/attachments to packing list?

Sometimes we have site maps and different documents that need to go to the event, but remembering to add them to the paper work the day of the event is tough. If we attached a site map or certificate of insurance is it possible to have an option where attachments will get printed with the packinglist for that job, that way the workers will bring it to the site?

Not a bad idea. Do you think it would be sufficient to just have the attachment available through the worker's online schedule or through the InflatableOffice app, rather than a template variable? I ask because we have been considering doing that and wanted to see if it would solve the issue for you.

Our drivers don't have access and don't have print access either (if paper copy is required, such as a special business license) I'm not sure how difficult a variable is but that would definitely be the easiest for us to implement into our everyday routines.
