I looked up lead ID 676534 as referenced by the email template you

pasted. I see that you have the event start scheduled on 10/5 but

the delivery scheduled on 10/8. This will cause unexpected behaviour.

Did you change the event start and not change the delivery time?

Update the delivery time and date on the contract tab of the lead and it

should fix the issue. I will look at putting a warning or error into

the system to remind people to update their delivery times when changing

the event times.

Can you please provide an example day and item(s) that are not correct?

LINK family states its items are being used/booked for today in calendar day view but when you go to lead it is the next day (Sunday)
