Is there a build-in address book for the email system that I am missing?

I know all of our workers have email addresses saved into the system and I can email them from the worker module. However, I find myself continually logging into my Yahoo email address book to copy/paste employees' emails to the "cc" field when I email a customer from the 'event' tab. It would be very convenient to have -at a minimum- our employees' email addresses available quickly when using the email interface from within a lead.

There is no way to do this now from the leads. I'll put it on our list of requested features. You can select the workers from the workers area and then click the email button, and it will put all those workers on the email. Thanks.

I have been attempting to email workers by selecting the names of those I wish to receive an email, writing the email, then sending the email to all of them (I thought) by clicking send email. Instead of 14 emails going to 14 selected workers, one email is being sent to one worker 14 times. I did not see this problem addressed anywhere so I sent an email help question to IO but was asked "What Lead"? Of course, there was no lead associated with this action; only an attempt to easily communicate the same message to all workers.

You can email all the workers from the worker's tab now, but it will not send to all of them, just the ones you've selected. It's on the bottom right of the worker list when you click the "workers" tab.
