No, there is no way to edit multiple leads or rentals at once via the interface. If you want us to clear that field for all your rentals, we could do that.

Yes, please. I'd like the deposit to come out to 20% of the total. I entered this in the settings field on the payment options screen, but notice that on some rentals, the deposit is higher. I believe that it may be because the custom deposit field has an amount in it.
