Banner Accessories - Conflict Not Working

We added a bouncer with 5 different panel options plus the option to list the original (plain bouncer) as well (total 6 options).

These are all added to a main bouncer and have the "List your Accessories as separate rentals" option activated. 1 only quantity for each.

We thought this would maintain the conflict system so that 2 banners could not be booked at the same time but this doesn't seem to be working? Could you take a look and advise:

Main Bouncer - Qty 1: 1215019

Banner 1 - Qty 1: 1215021

Banner 2 - Qty 1: 1215025

Banner 3 - Qty 1: 1215027

Banner 4 - Qty 1: 1215029

Banner 5 - Qty 1: 1215033

Banner 6 - Qty 1: 1215031

Anytime one of these is selected, the others should show unavailable?

Do you have an example lead(s) where they would conflict, yet don't show it? If you are referring to them not showing the conflict as you are selecting them, I don't believe we do conflict checks with the leads own self at the time of creating the lead. It should look for it as it's being saved though.

Yes I created a test lead 7004749.

All banners are saved and quoted as a collection and showing available.

I see what you mean now. With how this item is set up, the customer would never be able to replicate this. Code hasn't been written to block this behavior on the back end because it's an obviously impractical scenario.

How so? These items will shows as 6 separate line items.

If customer A books "Pirates banner" and customer B books "Sports banner", then there is a conflict?

When a customer rents a single banner, they system has it listed to the customer as separate units, but it knows it's tied to a bouncer rental. If they tried to rent 2 banners, it would try to select 2 bouncers which would cause a conflict.

Hi Cody,

We just did a test of this on the front end and the customer is successfully able to quote multiple banner options.

It also doesnt' recognise the pricing.

The pricing on the main banner is set to $0.00, otherwise it's adding the accessory price to it as well. Should it be the other way around?

Please check and advise asap

Thanks

Richard

The way you have the pricing set up is fine. Some clients charge more for different "themes" So the way you have it is the way you would price it.
