Pop-up Notice at Quote Request

Can there be a pop-up that opens with the Quote Request form? This would be a GREAT place to give customers current information that you want to them to read before they proceed. This could be turned on/off in the Settings.
In a time like this, it would be a great place to give a message about what the business is doing now. YES, we can do that on our Web page, but the more you can tell someone the better. If they have to clear that pop-up with and "ok" button, then you know they at least saw it.
