Quote requests missing information

I sometimes receive automated quote requests missing return information. Sometimes they are missing phone numbers, missing or incorrect physical or email addresses, etc and I wonder if these are either not serious shoppers or competitors pricing our products. Sometimes the lists can be very long, although not lately.

I know if they put in a bad email they will not receive a response, but sometimes they do have an email but other info is missing or bogus such as recently, lead 6292843 from IPS 73.216.49.202 on 2/9/20 or Jeff Patz, no address no phone to calculate delivery 6290025 from 75.75.1.148.

Is it possible or even worthwhile to track them by the IPS address, or eliminate our quote response if there is no phone or delivery address?


Also, I am trying to email some reports and asked Susan to assist in sending me a report of all of our email addresses so that I can send them to a company that is going to develop an email plan for me. She explained that it is fairly simple, but I am stuck trying, mainly because I am working from public computers and wary of downloading, meanwhile Susan was going to email that list to fun@superfun.lol but I have not seen it. I also want to do the same with our inventory, but cannot seem to complete this.

Hey Tom, that customer list was sent over on the 7th at 11:46 am. Just so you know where/when to look. I also resent it just now!

Do you just need a list of inventory or sales info for each item as well?

When a customer starts filling out a form, but never finishes you will get a new lead. These are 'abandoned cart' leads from our new checkout process. Before these didn't show up, so they provide additional opportunities for sales--but the customer won't be able to see the quote unless they fully finish submitting it!
