There is still a problem with "conflicts" on my overview. Today, I have two events event booked, and they are suddently on overview with a "conflict" status- there is no conflict at this time…why are these popping up like this- reported problem earlier in the week.

To clear these, you can change the status back to quote and then back to what it was originally. This action kicks off the conflict checking and should clear the flags if there is no conflict. I haven't figured out why you are having issues with this in your account. To try to figure it out, could I ask you to see if you notice a pattern about when it occurs? Some of the things I am looking for are:

1) are there a series of steps that tend to cause it?

2) what is common about the items that are incorrectly flagged?

Even when it seems random, it never is because it is really just a scenario that triggers and follows the instructions we have written for it. It's just that in that case our instructions are wrong.

Could you try moving the status up to a status that reserves the rentals, and then move it back? I believe that will fix it. I'll look into why this occurred.

Not sure if my problem is related to this, but a customer who booked an event in June and another event in September is showing a conflict on an item booked for the September event that is actually in conflict with the event booked and completed in June. Generators are showing up as in conflict on 503715 for the September event, but when we hover on the conflict, it shows the generators conflicting with the event(s) in June.

It looks like you may have fixed this already. I did not see anything in conflict on your account. I would guess that maybe the delivery and return windows were improperly set causing the issues. Let me know if the issue arises again. Thanks.
