CRM Reminders not going to email

If we create a reminder or note in the CRM, tell it to alert us on a certain date and time, then select "email" under 'remind via,' we do not get an email. The badge and flag works, but we don't get an email reminding us. It was at first but now it's not. Messages are not going to spam or junk.

Currently it doesn't look like your email is integrated through IO. Go to Settings-->Email Settings and be sure your password is correct...it is giving me an authentication error.
