Is there a quick way to convert a rental item to a child item?

We're setting up our new IO and all of our rental items were imported for us. Some of those items listed as rentals should be child items (they were separate rentals on our old software). Is there a way to convert those items instead of making the item inactive and re-entering it on it's parent?
As an example, we have a 38' Rainbow Obstacle Course as a rental, but it is a part of the 68' Rainbow Obstacle Course and should be a child item.
