Survey not completing?

My customer did a survey and when I opened it it said the survey was not completed. I saw this last week also, but didn't think much about it.

Can you look at this contract, ID: 3970807 , to see if you can tell me why it is not completed?

So, my screenshot says "This survey has not been completed". Look at the very bottom under the Event Report. I don't have the option to post the comment, only to delete or edit.

That is the event report below for your workers. If you go to Settings-->Testimonials you can see this survey there. All you would need to do is edit it and make it "active".

Previously there was a quick add button. That is gone now. I believe that is what he is referring to. I have the same question about it. Why was the quick add option removed?

We took the "Add to Testimonial" button because this action is done automatically now. Whenever a survey is completed it sends the results to Settings-> Testimonials.

Like Anthony said, yes the Quick Add button is gone, but the screen shot clearly states "This survey has not been completed". My whole question is WHY are these now showing up as not completed, see screen shot above again.

Please don't tell me to look somewhere else to see that it is there, tell me why on the Survey tab of the Event it is telling me it is not complete.

Please click on that link where it says it isn't completed. It isn't the customer survey. It is a survey for your workers. The customer survey is completed as you see above that link. Sorry, we weren't ignoring your question, I tried to explain this last week, maybe I wasn't clear.

It was actually the customer survey. I was the last page of the survey where they leave a comment. I did open it with the edit survey button and I clicked the Submit button on the survey, I then got out of the contract and went back in to the contract and the Quick Add button was there.

So, I don't know what is happening. I guess I'll just work around it.

Sorry, must have been a miscommunication. When we looked at it it showed completed like on your screen shot.

So, there is no resolution to this? I'll just continue to open each one that shows not completed and submit it. And then click the quick add button. The quick add button must only work on surveys that are "completed"? Are customers able to get out of a survey without submitting/completing?

There is no quick add button anymore...You just need to go to Settings-->Testimonials. All the completed surveys show there and you can make them active.

17 months later and my "customer surveys" link on my website has not been updated since Oct 2018 when I did it manually. I've had many, many customer reviews and your "automatic" posting doesn't work.

Do you have a fix?

The most recent is ID 6387407 that was just completed. The Survey at the bottom shows not complete, and its status in Active is "NO".

Can you just put the Quick Add buttom back? If you don't have a fix.

Sorry, this is something that changed last year...we have requests to go back to the "Quick Add" button. We will let you know if that's something that can be done

Just trying to keep this as a Priority.

It takes 6 steps to make a survey active instead of 2 steps from the lead.

Is there a way to bulk add, instead of opening every Testimonial?
