customer survey

I see in instructions that we are supposed to communicate with IO if we wish to edit the customer survey. I don't wish to change the past results by adding a line over an existing question, but I want a reminder in the survey that doing a promised Google and/or Facebook review of the customer experience earns the discount that was provided on the quote, and a reminder that the discount will disappear if the review is not completed within a period of time. (maybe 5 days) How can I add this?

You can add this easily to the survey email template in the Email Center. That way you wouldn't have to change the actual survey itself.
