Lead 3577243 submitted a testimonial/survey but the star ratings don't seem to be coming through on the products? Could you check?

I've looked into your account and I see that lead is the only customer to leave a star rating on your White Stackable Plastic Party Chairs. When I view this item from your website I see this star rating above the item:

That star rating for the chairs actually came from 3314539 .

3577243 has 1.8 mtr trestle tables And the chairs on the booking.

I re-synced your WordPress site from IO by going to Settings-> Wordpress and clicking the blue arrow next to your website. The correct rating for your item is displaying on your website now. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi,

This seems to be an ongoing issue after another testimonial was received.

We don't like having to re-sync all the time as we've turned off certain pages in WP as we don't want them to be shown (as we can't manually select which pages sync).

So every time we re-sync, we end up with all of the pages we don't want, regenerated.

Is there a reason the star ratings to pull through without a sync?
