I am looking for examples of Extra Contact Details, Operators Instructions, Inspection list. Mainly for formating ideas and where/how used by the staff and/or customer.

Most of our customers use this for a special set of rules or instructions for a particular rental item...when the rental item shows on the contract it will list this info. Once you have this extra information saved under "Extra Contract Details" on the rental item itself...you will want to be sure this coding is on your contract page so it pulls these details from each rental item:
