Advanced times outside of event time

Is there any way we can enter advanced times outside of the regular event time? We have a specific type of event we do where this would be very helpful. Example: The event runs from noon-4p with a bunch of inflatables and other attractions. At that time we start tearing everything down and a subcontractor (magician) takes the stage for an hour. We want the event time to show noon-4p so that it is clear to our customer and employees, and the delivery routing and worker scheduling works correctly. Then the one line item "Magic Show", would say 4:00p-5:00p on the customer contract and vendor PO.

This one line item is irrelevant to almost everything we do at that event, so I don't want to change the event time to noon-5p on the contract, packing list, leads page, etc., as that will only cause problems.

We can't do that, and it would be difficult because it would severely affect the way we check for conflicts. You could make 2 leads instead. Otherwise, you're best to manually make adjustments to the contract and delivery/worker schedule. This gets into a request that we've had before where it would be nice to combine multiple leads into one job as far as the customer sees it. I'll add your name to the request. This would solve the issue. Thanks.

This definitely isn't a big deal, so no problem. Multiple leads that combine into one?! I love it! That would probably also solve our delivery issue when we need to load multiple trucks for a single lead.

That's true. It's a big project on our end to do that, but we've had enough requests that I'm sure we will get to it before long.

If you were able to assign advance times to the entire lead, and available outside event times, and have that inform conflicts, that would solve our Off the Shelf issue

I will bring this up to the development team to see if this would be a possibility.
