Multi-line discounts

Is there a way that I can apply more than 1 discount to an order?

I am trying to separate prices for order with and without inflatables. E.g. Tables $10, $8 w/inflatable rental; Chairs $1.50, $1 w/inflatable rental. Currently can only apply one discount to the order when Tables, Chairs and an inflatable are ordered. Am I missing another option?

Hello, I have tested this after the recent update but still cannot get the multiple package discounts to show on the quote. It is still only applying one discount per order, the biggest one. Is there something I am missing?

Also, the discount banner no longer appears on the quote confirm page.

Sorry, I think we misunderstood your original question. The new functionality allow you to manually enter multiple lines for discounts and fees, but doesn't do it automatically. However it did lay the groundwork for the automatic functionality you're looking for and we intend to add that soon too.

We'll look into the discount banner not displaying. Do you have a Lead ID we can use as an example?

Ok, so now I am thoroughly confused... I was editing lead#2723551 and noticed that both tables and chairs were discounted properly (the previous prices show up with the strikethrough) on that lead even though it was an online booking and I dont see a log of me changing the price. How can I get all leads to do this? I dont really care if it shows up on the discount line, as long as the prices are correct (Tables$8 and chairs $1 with any inflatable on the order)

For the banner, it is any lead where you select tables or chairs along with a bouncer (most recent example #2778939) Once you get to the quote confirm, there is no banner indicating the discount was applied.

When you see line items with a dollar amount crossed out, this isn't because a package/special has been applied to them. This is because the price had been manually reduced from what it would normally calculate.

We'll se what we can do about getting the banner back up ASAP.
