For distance charges, how to use both a minimum order and charge a delivery fee?

We have not seen how to calculate for both a minimum order amount for a zip code/city and the distance to that venue. We want City A to have a $75 delivery charge and a $300 minimum order. Currently, we can only do 1 or the other in the system. Has this been addressed yet?

If you turn on "restrict by total" in Settings->Distance Charges, it will still respect the charges you have in your zipcode tab. The issue is just that it will also quote things outside those zipcodes as well. But it looks like your zipcode list is fairly extensive, so that shouldn't be a huge problem. You could put in a large delivery cost as a "fall back" solution for users who put in a zipcode not in your list.

How do you configure a "fall back" delivery cost. I would like to set this up so that any zip code not in my defined list get's quoted our largest delivery charge.

In order to have a "fall back" rate for any address not defined by your table of zip codes, you just have to change the "restrict by" at the top of Settings->Distance Charges to either "Distance" "Total" "State" or "none"

You currently DO have it set to Distance, but you don't have any teirs of how far you'll go and what the charge will be defined:

In this example, you can read this as "up to 20 miles, the distanced fee charged will be $0" (essentially a free delivery zone, but you can have a charge for this instead of making it free).

It uses this tab AFTER checking the "zipcode" tab first to see if anything else has been defined. Anything above 20 miles would be "outside your delivery zone," but you can continue clicking "add new" and defining the price you would charge for more distances. If you set it to restrict by "state" or "total", the "per mile" tab will be available to set a flat per mile rate you will charge after the highest tier in the Distance tab.
