Items not showing up on quote page

There are many items not showing up on our customer quote page but do show up on our end in the Leads page. Here are the items not showing up:

- Junior Sport Games

- Boxing Ring

- Chairs

- Popcorn Vintage

- Cotton Candy Machine

- Snow Cone Machine

- Pedestal Fan


Subscription shows item usage at 34 out of 35 items. All items above show as Active as well. What can I do to fix this?

This is based on the first item of the list "Junior Sports Games," but I'm assuming the rest are the same:


This item is listed as a "Vendor Item" in your inventory, and does not have a "Category" set for it to be categorized in. Vendor items, are not categorized by default. You can put them in a category, but when you do, they do start to count toward your subscription limit. If they are not categorized, they do not count toward your subscription limit, but you can use the Search box on the lead to find the item in your inventory and manually add it to the lead.

I've tested some more items and now see what you mean, but the other response is still true. Looking into it further now.

The page is having some errors correcting calculating how many items to show based on your subscription limit. I've temporaritly increased your subscription limit to show all your items, and it will be reduced back down to 35 once we find the source of the issue and fix it.

No. It should be working now. We will fix the underlying issue and then put your rental count back to 35. Thanks.

Thank you for all your help. I really don't know when this started to happen but I thought that maybe it was because some rental items were rented out this past weekend but that didn't make sense since some of these were still available. Maybe I did something wrong when I added the Green/Blue Castle on Sunday to the inventory? I used the Blue/Red Castle as a template and saved a copy of it with the new image. Anyways, thank you for looking into this so quickly and hopefully fix the underlying issue.
