Please READ the below before completing this quote:
1. Rental costs are listed with each item and include blower(s) and stakes. Additional fee for Delivery/Setup. Delivery to City of Waukesha is $50, Waukesha County is $75, all others determined based on location.
2. Start by entering the dates and selecting the desired inflatable. Times are not needed, delivery/pickup times will be scheduled at a later date.
3. This quote does NOT reserve the inflatable. You must click on 'Book this Event' to reserve. A quote is good for 7 days, afterwards it will be cancelled.
4. A deposit is required at time of booking the event and must be received within 1 week of booking date. The deposit can be mailed, dropped off in person or paid via PayPal. Deposits can be refunded if the event is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than a 72 hour notice forfeits any refund. Cancelled events paid via PayPal and within the allowed time frame will be refunded minus for the PayPal transaction fee.
5. After booking an event, the contract must be signed within 14 days. If the contract is not signed, the booking will be cancelled and the inflatable will be released for other customers.
6. Location Requirements:
-Note the space requirement for each inflatable.
-Flat, level ground is required.
-Location must be clear of pet waste prior to setup.
-**If location is any place other than a private residence, you will need to verify with the venue if a Certificate of Insurance is required. Bounce Around Inflatables, LLC does not provide 3rd party liability insurance.
7.Customer Pickup Requirements.
-The rolled-up inflatable comes on a hand truck for ease of moving. Rolled up they are approximately 3x6 ft. and weigh 250+ pounds.
-Your vehicle needs to be large enough to transport. Most pickup trucks, larger SUVs, or Minivans are sufficient for non-water slides, otherwise a trailer would be needed. Water Slide would require pickup truck or trailer.
-Customer Pickups are generally scheduled for Friday. Specific times are scheduled the week prior to the event. Rentals are to be returned Sunday by 6 pm.
