Worker Emails

This will be my third attempt to communicate correctly a problem with worker emails that we can't seem to solve. When I did not see this problem addressed in this automated system I sent a help email to IO to see if I could receive an answer, but Tim responded that he wanted a "LEAD" attached to the request. Since there is no "LEAD" attached to a worker email, I am attempting to request a solution here. When I or my admin mgr attempt to send duplicate emails to our workers, we click the box next to the worker's name, then click send email. When the box opens for the email we see a list of all the workers we have checked off, we type our communication and hit send. The email appear 14 times in the email box of the first name on the email list and does not appear to any others. When this happened to me, I asked my mgr to attempt the same task and she received the same result. There is NO LEAD. This is communication to staff.

We have found and fixed the issue with emailing multiple workers from the Workers page. Sorry for the issue with this!

Your record of response and fixing problems quickly is superb, and appreciated immensely. What I am not understanding is your statement that there is no way to email from the workers site. My confusion about this is because there is a tab that opens a window to do that. Perhaps you meant there is no way to email to a lead from the workers site, but it appears that the ability to email workers is there, but just not working properly.

There is a Workers page (from the admin side for configuring your wokers) and a Workers Site (for workers to see shifts -link on the Workers Page). It's confusing, I know. =)
