why isnt a signed lead - im not getting notification in my inbox

re lead # 975691 is an example where customer signed and returned and we never got notification

On the log tab of the lead, it shows the email was sent to the two specified contacts. It may have been filtered into a spam/junk box.

Are you recieving other signed contract notifications from other leads?

Have you checked both email accounts that the log shows it went to:

partyplanner@skyhighamusements.com

hpaulettesamson@gmail.com

We did notice that your mail server for skyhighamusements.com is categorizing our emails as spam and the alert email was sent but bounced back and not delivered to your inbox.

WE are not getting emails for contract requests or confirmation emails when contracts are signed

Your email address partyplanner@skyhighamusements.com is blocking our alert emails. You need to use a different email address for your alerts or configure your email service to stop blocking us.
