Weird Auto-Booking Settings

Hi Again, I was testing how IO works with my site and so I created a couple of dummy leads in the system when I noticed that with the first one, the message I received as "the customer" said that someone would get in touch with me to confirm, and thus I would have to manually approve the event and manually send the contract via email. But on the second dummy lead I created, after I clicked "book this event" in the Quote Confirm page, it took me straight to the Finalize Contract Page...as the "customer" I didn't have to wait for someone to approve and send me the contract. Why are there two versions of this booking process? Please help!

There could be many factors. I would need to see the leads to know why. Also, if someone tries to auto book and is unable to...in the lead's log it will let you know why.
