All of a sudden I stopped getting my email notifications about quotes, payments, contracts... But I didn't change any settings?
I took a look and the emails are still going out. Have you checked other folders that your email server can be sending them to? (spam, updates, etc)
Thank you. That was it, in Spam. There must have been an email update.
We are having issues with our clients not receiving any email with their quotes and payment emails.
Do you have an example lead ID and/or customer we could look into? Feel free to also email us this to firstname.lastname@example.org with information that may be private.
