Staffing Costs are falsely high

What calculation goes into accounting for staffing costs? My staffing costs are almost 3x what they should be when I generate quotes! What settings can I change? I already changed the # of staff required for each inflatable, and it still didnt work?! I dont want to change my hourly staff rate, because it is set to what we want. Is it accounting for travel time, setup time, takedown time and the number of staff for each inflatable? I need to fix this ASAP, so people arent turned off by outragiously high staffing costs!

Staff charges are the sum of rental staff based on rented equipment x hours x charge per hour. There are 2 hour calculation methods: Event Only and Include Setup. You can change it to Event Only in Settings->General Settings->Staff->Staff Hour Method.
