I noticed that my safety emails were not sent out prior to the delivery dates. Can you tell me why?
Could you give us a couple lead id #'s for examples of when the email should have went out? And what is the name of the email? Thanks!
Is one of the leads but it hasn't been sending for any of my leas. I would like it to send the email to anyone that has a confirmed reservation. Also is there anyway to create a seperate email that sends operating instructions for people that have certain concessions booked?
For your current safety email to work you will need to be sure one of the safety topics is selected in the rental items "advanced features" area (see screenshot) I have set up a filter for the concessions category. You can make a copy of an auto email and change the template w/ this info for the concession. In this case I would suggest making a copy of a event reminder email --then you can add the lead filter to sent to "concession event" (name of filter I have saved for you. Let us know if you need help with any of this!
