Quote Page Errors Customization

Is there a way to edit error messages that show for customers? For example, our "open" times are 9am-7pm daily. If someone places a quote outside of these time frames they recieve

Please correct the following errors:

  • Sorry, we are only open from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm on Tuesday.
  • The event times fall outside of acceptable times for Deliver. Must be between 9AM - 7PM

I would prefer there to be something to the effect of Sorry, you must select a Start and End Time between 9:00 am until 7:00

and the other to be,

If you require an end time later than 7pm, please check the overnight rental box.


This leads me to my next question. I recently updated to the new shopping cart and noticed that the additonal fields that had been on the quote page do not show up if you enter through the checkout button. We have a damage waiver, overnight rental, and 3 tip options.

Following up as I’ve not had a response on this.

Those messages can be changed by going to Settings-->Languages.


When I click on the quote page the damage waiver, overnight rental, and 3 tip options are showing for me...Are these still not showing for you? Thanks!

Thank you Susan! I knew they were somewhere just couldn’t remember where.


As far as the quote issue, the actual quote page itself is fine. It’s when someone enters through the cart page. I’ve attached some photos to maybe better explain.
