PayPal payment not working
We've had a few customers lately saying the PayPal link on their contract isn't letting them pay their deposit (or full balance).
I've clicked on the link as if I was a customer, and am getting an error message as well. This is what PayPal's site error says:
The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.
The only current customer having this issue is Lead ID: 976541. I'm assuming everyone who has had this problem is the same error...but I can't confirm that since this is the only customer contract link that I have that has an unpaid deposit/balance.
