PACKAGES are not showing up in quote form

I added 2 packages to my account but when I click on the packages tab in the quote form it is blank

We'll talk about this today during our appointment, but I would assume the packages were not entered as "advanced rule" packages.

I'm having this issue. I made 3 package deals and used the advanced rule for each. If I put in the lead myself, it will discount and show the package name but it does not show any packages under the quote form. How can I get them to show under the quote form so the customer knows what to select for the promotion?

Hey Stephanie, are you referring to the packages that were created under Promotions & Fees? If so this is our older method of creating packages and these packages cannot be displayed on the Quote Page. The newer method that allows you to display a package on your quote page would be to Create a New rental item and then create a package category to put this item into. Then under accessories, you can add the items that are an option for the package and also add required items for the package too.
