I often encounter a "??" in the setup/delivery column for the vehicle pack-list. The order is correctly seated in its delivery/pickup time slot. Can you please look into?
The reason this happens is that the code for this feature checks "is this shift 30 mins before the end of an event, or later? If so, label it a "Teardown". Otherwise, if the shift is 30 mins after the event starts or earlier? If so, label it a "Setup". Then use "??" if it doesn't match either of those criteria.
Is it possible it is coded for the drive time and not the event time? In the example provided, the pickup is at the same time as the pickup and would match the criteria for "pickup", yet still shows as ??
I see what you mean. The code use's event time but we're thinking this has to do with travel time. I'm going to add this to our product development system so our developers can review the issue and update the code. I apologize for the inconvenience. We'll make sure to update you once it's fixed.
