new 'sign contract' feature not working quite right

When a customer clicks the "sign here" at the bottom of our contract pages, it scrolls back to the top of the screen, far past the signature box. By the time you scroll back down (if they even figure it out), the yellow highlighting around the signature box disappears.
I just went thru this with a customer, and tested myself on my pc with same results
