I have 2 units that have multiple artwork velcro panels so only 2 units but with 8 different themes, currently have 9 units showing and quotable, how can i set up to only allow to quote for a maximum of 1 unit quote and booking ...

It sounds like your original setup of 9 units may be incorrect. The "rentals" are castle A and castle B (2 units). In your inventory, you can also create "Options" to add your velcro panels in. You do this by switching the Category drop down at the top to "all options." Option behave very similarly to Rentals and adding them to your inventory is done the same way (by clicking "new option" when you're on this page). Once you add the options in, set it's price (this can be $0, but it must have a price), and save it: go back to castle A in your Rental inventory. Click on the "Options and PL" tab at the bottom. Edit it. Check the box on the left hand side to make the options you want added to this rental "active." In this case, it would be checking all the "active" boxes, but if you add more options to the system (say flavors of floss options for a cotton candy machine rental) you only want to activate the options you want with that rental.

i have 2 units, each with the possible velcro to attach, however i didnt want customers being able to book castle A and B with the same panels, see my website http://www.bennettsuk.net.
