Login screen is broken.
Solved
Steps to reproduce:
- While not logged in, click a link to a packing list. (e.g. /viewreport.php?leadid=…&contactid=…&report=Packing%20Lists)
- Enter your credentials and click Log In.
Expected:
- The packing list is displayed.
Actual:
- The error message "File not found." is displayed.
