issue with delivery section

Hi Guys, having a problem with my delivery arrange. Arranged drops for Vehicle 2 for sat 11th july is not showing. Please advise

There should be 5-6 drops on vehicle 2 but as dissapeared. Please see attachment.

Ive just printed a schedule for friday and saturdays vehicle 2 jobs have suddenly appeared. Please advise.

I don't see an attachment. Can you give me the missing Lead IDs?

The first thing I am noticing is that MapQuest doesn't like a bunch of your addresses. You should fix that first so that you can see those items on the delivery list. Second, I noticed that you have some items scheduled on vehicle 2 for a really early delivery, like 3am. So, if you want to see them on the delivery tool, you have to put a start hour earlier than that. An example is Simon Sparrow #995133.

Change your start hour on the delivery page to 1. Then move the items to where you want them and save. If they do not save correctly, let me know. Thanks.

I haven't seen this happen before. There are 2 things that are bothering me that have caused issues in the past. One is that you have 5 addresses that it is struggling with, and the second issue is that you are setting your setup and teardown times to 0.2 hours, which is 12 minutes. InflatableOffice is not meant to handle that. You should be using 15 minute intervals, so 0.25 hours. I believe we made an option to use 5 minute intervals, but it's setup that way for your account. Additionally not many people use the 5 minute interval, so it's not well tested.


I did a reset of that day and then clicked autoload, and it seemed to then work correctly. I suggest doing that and then rescheduling your day. Also, you should switch to using 15 minute intervals and fix the addresses.
