International Payments

Hey there!

We have a lot of international clients who have international credit cards that are having trouble paying. They are telling me that the contract does not accept international addresses. However I do see payment coming through. This is just one of the many issues that are arising with payment and confirmation confusion. Please lmk if there is any way we can assure clients (both international and local) that payment is going through!

Hey Danielle, do you have any leads that we could look at as examples? Also, Are you seeing the payments come through IO even though your customers are getting error messages? Or do you not see them in IO but you see them coming through your merchant?
