Huge problem with an order and a charge

The above order has a bunch of problems. First, when I pull up the order it shows it's for LYDELLA Japhet at 15 jared lane Fair grove, but the signed contract has the same number but a completely different address the name is half wrong and the signature is also wrong. The next issue is that Lydella called and said her card was charged but she didn't authorize it. Can you see what's going on, on your end? I don't want to miss 2 orders if things are crossed and I definitely don't want one customer paying for another's inflatables.

I have a ticket in for this ...looking into how the info was able to be changed after contract paid and signed...Will let you know what is going on as soon as we do some digging. Thanks
