these 2 orders was created at the same time

leadid is the good one 2757391 was typed in and created not as a save as or anything

then leadid 2757397 showed up as a second order for the same client.

it was created as quote where as the first one was put on our phone hold status.

can you look into why it duplicated.

The save on the page could have somehow got submitted twice if multiple tabs were open and the browser glitched out. You can delete the extra. Let us know if you see it again.
