Double Booking

Hi...we've experienced a double booking. Could you look into it as we have not had this happen before:

6701429 booked 08/08, 1pm - 5pm

6765419booked 08/08, 5pm - 8am

So recovery time wasn't taken into account but the date picker would normally show unavailable anyway for the entire day?

This is for rental ID 891745. Note that 6765419 has now been changed

Hey Richard I apologize for the delay! I'm guessing this has to do with Parent Child relationships but its hard to tell just from looking at the long. I've created a ticket for this so the dev team can look into what happened so we can prevent it from happening again . Im sorry this overbooking took place, I'll update you as soon as I hear back from the dev team.
