Hi IO,
I just saw the video on the delivery tab.
I love this feature...great job!!!
I wanted to know how I get the system to know what the common items are for the event packing list.
For example. 1 bounce house would require 1 extension cord, 1 tarp and 4 stakes.
Also if a customer chooses a "hard surface" type then it would show 4 sandbags.
Or a tent would show 4 tent weights....etc.
Again thank you for all of your hard work into making running our business easier!

Thanks I got it to work and showed all of the items needed for each rental.
3 Questions:
(1) Where do I set the common items (shown at the 5:45 mark in the video)
(2) Can I start my route from my home office instead of the warehouse location? Where can I change that setting?
(3) Can I rename the vehicles? (Change "Vehicle" 1 to "Red van")?

1) Those are the grouped items and if you use the format mentioned above when entering the packing list for the rental (options & PL tab of rental item), they show as common items.
2) The route starts from the location specified in Settings->Distance Charges. You choose one of the addresses set in Settings->Warehouse Locations.
3) We give everyone 3 vehicles with generic names. If you have the Workers module, you can rename the vehicles and make more.
