Date reverting to todays date

I've had a problem with several orders the last couple of day with their event date changing to the current days date at some point in the booking process. In my Recent Leeds it happened to Michael Handler, Kimberly Ferrell, and Katavia Davis.

I looked at the Log tab of these events and the issue isn't that the event date changed to today's date, but rather that the customer never set the event date to begin with and today's date was just the default when they submitted the quote.


You can force them to select the proper date/time by setting the Default Event Duration to 0 here:

I made the suggested change and it happened again this morning.

It looks like you'll still need to add a Default Event Duration to ensure that customers fill out a date/time.

You'll go to Settings -> General Settings, edit this page, and then you can make the Default Event Duration however long you want. Let us know if you need anything else!
